Floor Plan Pricing

Pricing to create a digital floor plan from your sketches:

Rooms 500 square feet and less: $7.00 per room (How do you define a "room?")
Open rooms/spaces 701 square feet to 3,500 square feet: $0.01 (one cent) per square foot
Open rooms/spaces over 3,500 square feet: contact us for a quote

$45 minimum charge per order
Average prices for this service:
- $45-$60 for condos/apartments
- $50-$80 for small ranch homes
- $65-$100 for typical 2-level, single-family homes

Pricing for us to sketch, measure, and create a digital floor plan:

Rooms 500 square feet and less: $12.50 per room (How do you define a "room?")
Open rooms/spaces 701 square feet to 3,500 square feet: $0.015 (1.5 cents) per square foot
Open rooms/spaces over 3,500 square feet: contact us for a quote
Mileage charge: $2.00 per mile (one way) beyond 7 miles from zip code 44256
- For example, a site 10 miles away would have a $6.00 mileage charge (3 x $2.00).
- For large jobs or jobs with multiple sites, mileage may be reduced or waived. Please contact us for more information.

$147 minimum charge (plus mileage if applicable) per order

- $147-$200 for typical 2-level, single-family homes

All digital floor plans include:

Options for your digital floor plan:

$17.00 to include a "basic" driveway and short sidewalk
$17.00 to add property or lot lines (you must provide a sketch for this - we can not survey properties.)
$97.00 to upgrade file delivery to an editable AutoCAD® compatible .dwg file
- If you would like to be able to modify the drawing with a CAD program, you may want to choose this upgrade.
